This is a similar card I made with the students at school. The kids love the Kaiser pearls and go oh and ah over them.They do add a nice touch and feel to cards.

Heidi Swapp Masks
This is one of the products I have demonstrated.A mask is the opposite of a stencil. The masks are made from a flexible, reusable material with a repositionable adhesive on the back so the letters/objects will stay in place as you apply any medium over the top
It’s like a stencil only it works in reverse. You place the vinyl cut-out on your page, and paint/chalk/ink over it. When you remove the mask, you are left with the image underneath in its original condition, and a coloured background.

I like the way you have distressed this card Rose-Anne. It seems to add a bit of depth. Again, a great project.
