Here is a tag by Rose-Anne. The flower has been stamped on the same patterned paper as the strip and then cut out. The patterned paper is Basic Greya nd the cardstock is Bazzill.

Heidi Swapp Masks
This is one of the products I have demonstrated.A mask is the opposite of a stencil. The masks are made from a flexible, reusable material with a repositionable adhesive on the back so the letters/objects will stay in place as you apply any medium over the top
It’s like a stencil only it works in reverse. You place the vinyl cut-out on your page, and paint/chalk/ink over it. When you remove the mask, you are left with the image underneath in its original condition, and a coloured background.
